Meet Charles, he’s been working at Virgin Money for almost 35 years. Charles is fully blind. Through his own lived experience, he hopes to make a lasting impact on others, ensuring the customer experience is fit for digital accessibility.

impressions, 62,000+ views and the branded video content received engagement from Richard Branson (Virgin Founder), Holly Branson (Chief Purpose and Vision Officer at Virgin) and Josh Bayliss (CEO at Virgin).

The video campaign became Virgin Money’s most sucessful piece of linkedin content for 2024 and nominated for Institute of Internal Communications 2025 “Best Video/Animation“.

Won Virgin Money Purposeful Team Award for promoting disability pride.
